1) Overview

Mindful Recovery Circle (“MRC,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides an online recovery support platform that may include educational content, self-tracking tools, and peer-support community features (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

2) Not medical advice

The Services are provided for informational and supportive purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not ignore or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information you read or features you use on the Services.

If you believe you may be in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with a parent or legal guardian’s consent and involvement.

4) Accounts and security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5) Community guidelines

MRC is intended to be supportive and safe. By using community features, you agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or encourages violence.
• Share private or personally identifying information about yourself or others in ways that create risk.
• Promote illegal activity or provide instructions for wrongdoing.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Spam, solicit, or advertise without permission.

We may remove content or restrict access if we believe behavior violates these Terms or creates risk for users.

6) User content

You may be able to submit content such as messages, posts, and notes (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant MRC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Services.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate law or the rights of others.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the Services, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or interfere with security mechanisms. You agree not to use the Services in a way that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

8) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described there.

9) Suspension and termination
